Self-Esteem and Confidence Counselling
Low self-esteem can affect the way we think, feel and behave. It can impact relationships, work, education and overall wellbeing, often leaving us feeling not good enough, lacking confidence or doubting our abilities.
Counselling can help you explore the experiences and beliefs that may be contributing to low self-esteem whilst developing healthier ways of viewing yourself and your abilities.
You may experience:
- Self-criticism
- Difficulty accepting compliments
- Fear of failure
- Lack of confidence
- Comparing yourself to others
- Difficulty setting boundaries
- People pleasing
- Feeling unworthy or not good enough
Through counselling, we can work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns, build self-awareness and develop greater self-acceptance.
My goal is to help you recognise your strengths, improve confidence and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Derby and online throughout the UK.
